The presenting author holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology, He also holds a master's degree in business management and Strategy from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. Mr. Rinde has been involved in well planning, modelling and operations for 30 years. He has a particular interest for the design and the optimization of the lower completion and the effects on the well production this may have. The last 20 years he has held various positions within well control, flow assurance, well design and product development.
