Stine Bøhle Karlsen is Leading Advisor, Well Productivity and Inflow Control, at Equinor ASA. She has more than 20 years of experiencewith Equinor, working across the Norwegian Continental Shelf and internationalassets in roles related to well performance, production optimisation, andtechnology development. She holds an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from theNorwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
