Calum Baxter is Business Development Manager at Rock Flow Dynamics, where he leads commercial growth for tNavigator across Aberdeen and the Netherlands while supporting global business development for tNavigator's mining solutions. He works closely with operators, service companies, and technical specialists to deliver advanced subsurface modelling and simulation solutions.
Prior tojoining Rock Flow Dynamics, Calum was a Senior Geologist, working closely withproduction teams to diagnose and mitigate formation damage and optimise wellperformance through coreflood testing and geological interpretation. Hisexperience spans projects across the UKCS, NCS, the Middle East, Asia, Africa,and Europe.
He holds BSc (Hons) and MSc degrees from the University of Aberdeen and is dedicated to applying integrated digital workflows and advanced simulation technologies to improve well and reservoir performance.
