Opportunity to Exhibit & Sponsor

The logos of all sponsoring companies will be noted on the Forum website and social media, shown on-screen in the conference room, noted in the Forum proceedings and announced by session chairs.

Do you wish to promote your product or services face to face with the forum delegates?  Set in the fantastic Energy Hall where the catering for the Forum will take place, the exhibition is an ideal opportunity to network as well as showcase what you and your organisation can deliver.

Each exhibitor will receive a 3m x 2m space in the Hall, a table and 2 chairs, and the chance to choose your ideal location. Exhibitors will also be entitled to one free delegate place.

Costs to exhibit are detailed, but you may also need to cover costs such as plasma screen and stand, laptop, differing furniture but a manual will be sent over with your booking form.
