Mads Rødsjø joined Aker BP as VP Drilling and Well Operations in 2020 from the position as SVP Drilling and Wells in Aker Energy. In his current job Mads Rødsjø is responsible both the Jack-up and Semi Alliance operations in AkerBP.
He has previously held the positions as Head of D&W in OKEA and has also worked in a variety of positions for BP and Det Norske.
Mr Rødsjø has extensive experience with planning, execution and managing drilling and well operations in the North Sea both in Norway and UK. Experience range from Deepwater West of Shetlands to later the Ivar Aasen Development and multiple exploration drilling campaigns.
He holds a Master of Science Degree within Petroleum Technology from NTNU. Mr Rødsjø is a Norwegian citizen.
