Bjarne is Fluids Technical Advisor at Baroid Halliburton where he has had various roles within the organization in Africa and Europe. Throughout his 28 years of oil field experience in different service companies, he has had technical and operational responsibilities within pumping services, drilling fluids and completion fluids. His expertise is withing reservoir and completion fluid related issues.
He received a Petroleum Engineer degree from Stavanger University and has authored several technical papers relating to fluids and formation damage.
Bjarne is chairing the Completions session on 23 August alongside Obinna Ugoala from Harbour Energy.
